The attention to detail from the staff was amazing, especially when they quickly accommodated our rooftop terrace request for a gathering. The varied breakfast spread exceeded our expectations.

The best and peaceful location with good restaurant nearby. Easy 24 minutes' ride to and from airport. A nice size room with a comfortable bed.

Excellent service, beautifully designed room with a bottle of cava as well as ice. Paid £ 303. The best and particularly good location for visiting bars and restaurants...

We loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed and fine views of the city from the terrace. The kids enjoyed the nearby casino, giving us some lively entertainment. The hotel's entrance impressed us.
In my wife's opinion, food availability for families needs improvement.

Location is good, just right to the city center where shops and cafes are placed.
Increadible noisy, impossible to slip all over the night as many people going around.

It was just an optimal selection for a relaxing holiday in Monachil with real value for money. The panoramic view from the terrace in my spacious junior suite was fine. Bring your own snacks since there are no food options nearby.

The hotel is very nice, not yet entirely finished. Big rooms, with jacuzzi, internet... They have a swimming pool as well. And apparently a spa area that we haven't tried...For the parking is not mandatory to pay the one in the hotel as there are plenty of free places on the street and the area is very safe. We even got the chance to be upgraded to a junior suit for free. Very nice staff, a great hotel for a great value if you are going to Granada by car.
The jacuzzi in our room was not working.A Bit far from the sightseeing area in Granada if you are there without a car.

Very large room.
Despite what is stated, there was no wifi in the room. Internet in the room was possible with a (very short) cable, but if you're unlucky, they are all gone (as I've experienced).

great amenities but some issues with service
The location offered easy access to the city center, just a short taxi ride away. The rooftop terrace was perfect for our evening gatherings, a beautiful spot with fine views. Breakfast featured an excellent selection of foods, including fresh fruits and pastries that energized our mornings. I loved having a landmark view from our room.
The service, while friendly, sometimes felt slow and disorganized during busy periods.

Ah gp was difficult to find, even though it is big. We thought it was a building site when we first saw it. Anyway, we booked suite, which was vast. 2 queen-size beds, a three piece suite, more chairs and tables etc etc. 2 person bath, separate show...and a balcony for smokers! Restaurant was a little spare, the menu not great, but good value, good food and great service. I found it strange that the place, even though it was being used and is of a high standard, was not finished well... Look at the tiles by the lifts. Great big cracks! I would recommend staying here though. The value was fantastic, and once you work out where it is, it is easy to get to. Granada attractions are a ten euro cab ride away as well, so I just left my car in the garage underneath the hotel. If you go at a quite time of year, don't waste the 8 euros a day for this, as there is plenty of free parking right out side of the hotel. Treid the spa, good value as well. I didnt work out what the stones were in there though Cheers. Mike - Glos
Just the finish. I guess they ran out of money

Quiet, clean and spacious room. Free internet access available throughout the hotel.
The hotel didn't seem fully operational. It is located at Monachil and rather hard to find. Not recommended unless with own car or with tour group. Air cond. in our room didn't work during our stay. We suspect it was centrally controlled. Wireless internet is only available in the lounge area.

Loved the spacious junior suite with a relaxing jacuzzi and the breakfast spread was pretty solid. The spa was a real treat with a nice steam room and a beautiful outdoor pool to unwind. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but overall a fantastic stay 😊
